We envision a collaborative environment where individuals are empowered to lead within their communities, relationships, workplaces, and spheres of influence while actively rebuilding what has been broken down both spiritually and socially. Through intentional discipleship, community engagement, and Spirit-led dialogue, Bridging the Gap seeks to develop individuals who not only grow in their personal walk with Christ but also bring others into a relationship with Him — equipping all to serve as leaders and gap-standers in the environments they are connected to. In doing so, we aim to cultivate a generation where all are discipled, all are developed, and all are equipped to influence culture, support their communities, and fulfill their God-given assignments without compromising spiritual integrity.
